Is the park family friendly?
Yes, we welcome children
Are pets allowed on the park?
We do allow dogs on the park, although they must be held on a lead at all times when outdoors
How far is the beach from the park?
Runswick Bay and the sandy beach is just a 10 minuite walk away from the park entrance
What facilities are on the park?
We want you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time during your stay. We do not have any on-site shops, play areas or leisure facilities
Can I park near the homes?
Parking driveways for up to 2 cars adjoin each home
How many months of the year in the park open?
The park is open 12 months of the year
Can I live permanently on the park?
No, the park is strictly to be used for holiday purposes
Can I rent out my lodge?
Yes, some people choose to make the most of their investment and rent. We do have a holiday lettings company that we can recommend if you are considering renting out
Can I sell my lodge home whenever I like?
Yes, you are free to advertise your holiday home for sale on the open market
What is the licence on each home?
All homes are sold with a 99 year contract licence
